Order Cancellations

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately so you are requested to inform us before we start processing your shipment.


Once an item of Vertu is delivered to you, you can return that item within same or next day of delivery only if the item you received is damaged due to transportation. To be eligible for a replacement, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: [discounted or sale items, gift cards, personalized items, perishable goods]. These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

Refund request

If you wish to get the refund for your purchase with us, please be informed that you must inform us within 48 hours of placing an order by an email at Once the order gets shipped, we can't refund the amount paid for the order. Also be informed that a charge of 7.85% will be imposed from the total amount paid & rest will be refunded to your source account.


To initiate a return, please email us at  We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return/replacement. You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.

Refunds and Exchanges

After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return. As soon as your shipment is received by us, we will start arrangement or restock of the returned item. We aim to process replacements within 7-12 working days of receiving them. You will be notified by email once the return is complete. We suggest you make a note of the shipping reference given when you sent the item back. This will allow you to track your parcel at every stage of delivery, including when we receive it.

If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.

According to our policy, we will do our best to replace your item within 30 days. Please be informed that your replacement/exchange is invalid in cases of damages due to normal wear & tear and negligence on your part. We do not promise to refund you paid for the item(s)purchased, however we deserve the rights to replace your product with another product of the same value or higher value.


If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
